Attorney Jessica Wollwage-Rymut received a degree in Political Science from Northwestern University after graduating in 2007. She worked for one year at a commercial real estate firm, after which she was admitted to the Chicago-Kent College of Law Honors Scholar Program. This program provided her and her classmates with a wide variety of unique opportunities, including creating online tutorials for Illinoislegalaid.org to provide assistance to stalking, sexual assault, and domestic violence victims.

During her time at law school, Jessica served as an intern for the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer clinic, where she helped prepare tax returns and negotiate on taxpayers' behalf with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). She served as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of DuPage County, Inc.

Jessica has focused her legal practice on divorce, family law, estate planning, and estate administration. She has assisted clients with a wide variety of legal cases, including guardianships for minors and adults, adoption, paternity, probate, child support, spousal maintenance, allocation of parental responsibilities (child custody), parenting time (visitation), and post-divorce modification and enforcement.

Jessica has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 2011 and is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She is qualified as a Guardian ad Litem and child representative in family law matters, as well as in disabled guardianships. She served as the 2016-2017 DuPage County Law Day Vice-Chair and the 2017-2018 Law Day Chair, was previously a New Lawyer Division member of the DCBA Public Interest and Education Commission and is on the Board of Directors for the DuPage Bar Foundation. She has participated in several continuing legal education seminars in the areas of Family Law and Estates, and routinely presents on estate planning issues for clients. In 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, Jessica was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
